I sent SOL from an exchange and it hasn't arrived yet

Centralized exchanges often queue up transactions from multiple users and then send them all out at once. Your transaction may be sitting in a queue waiting to be executed. At peak hours, depending on the exchange, your transaction could take several hours to be deposited into Phantom. Unfortunately, there is nothing Phantom can do to speed this up.

What should I do if my SOL never arrives?

If you sent SOL to the correct address and it still hasn't arrived, please contact your exchange's support team directly.
