If you have forgotten your Phantom password, you can reset it by re-importing your Secret Recovery Phrase and starting over. Your wallets will be restored to normal once you successfully import your recovery phrase.
Click the "Forgot Password" link that appears below the password field and click "Reset Secret Phrase".
If you have forgotten your password and lost your Secret Recovery Phrase, there is nothing the Phantom team can do to help you access your wallet. Your funds will be lost forever.
For mobile users, we use device authentication, which means you will need to reinstall the app in order to access your wallets.
Follow these steps:
Uninstall the Phantom app from your mobile device.
Reinstall the Phantom app from your device's app store.
Select the "I already have a wallet" option and use your Secret Recovery Phrase to restore your wallets.
