First, you need to get your deposit address. To find your address, open up the Phantom wallet application.

Click “Deposit" and search for BTC, ETH, MATIC or SOL. Click on the token to view the deposit address and the corresponding QR code.

Click on the "Copy" button to copy the deposit address.

Now go to the exchange you are using and select the “Withdraw” option for either BTC/ETH/MATIC/SOL. You can find this in the “Wallet” section in the exchange and the page where you purchased the token.

Once you find this feature, paste the deposit address you just copied from your Phantom wallet into the address bar. Enter the amount and select the network and click on withdraw.

Depending upon the exchange, you may need to validate your withdrawal using Two-factor authentication. Your funds will appear in your wallet as soon as the exchange approves your withdrawal request and when the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

You can check the status of the transaction on your exchange account, centralized exchanges tend to take some time to verify your withdrawal and process them on your exchange account. If the transaction is delayed, you can reach out to exchange support.
