Troubleshooting steps for "Failed to get assets" error message

If you face the "Failed to get assets" error when opening Phantom you may need to adjust your permission settings. 

To do this you will need to right click on the Phantom logo, located in the top right of your browser, then click on "This can read and change site data", and then make sure that "On all sites" is checked. 




If the steps above do not resolve your issue, make sure your browser and extension are updated, and try a different internet connection  If you continue to see the issue please contact our support team.
